shipping & returns
We offer a flat rate of $10 for all shipping in Australia regardless of the size of your order. All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number. All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of the order (subject to product availability). Delivery can take 1-4 business days depending on your location.
We offer a flat rate of $20 AUD for International shipping. Internationals orders will be shipped via International Registered Mail or Air Mail with signature on delivery. All orders will be shipped within 24hrs of the order (subject to product availability). Delivery can take 3–10 business days from date of pick up, depending on your location. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may incur import duties, local sales taxes or customs clearance charges which are the responsibility of the customer. Policies vary by country so please check with your customs office.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Important Delivery Information
We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We do not take responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address or the goods were signed and received at the correct address. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
RETURNS POLICYWe would like our customers to feel confident when purchasing online. If for any reason an item is not as you expected or if you have changed your mind, it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months), for the total value of the goods, not including shipping. Credit notes can be used online. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Items will only be accepted for exchange or credit note if:
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition
- The packaging is returned with the item
- A copy of the receipt is included with the return
- The item is returned within 7 working days of receipt of purchase
- The item was purchased at full price. Exchanges or credit notes are not available for sale items
Please note postage is not refundable and postage for all returns will be at your own cost. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Synonymous reserves the right to refuse items that do not comply with the above terms. Synonymous strongly advises you return your item via registered mail or by courier. Synonymous cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Additional delivery fees will be charged for exchanges.
Faulty GoodsAll products are thoroughly checked before leaving our Studio, however, in the rare event that you should receive a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If available, we will arrange for a replacement, and will refund your return shipping costs. If not available, we will arrange a full refund, including your return shipping costs. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occured. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund for the amount of the item purchased only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
