FAQs

Q: How do I attach/remove the eyewear chain from my frames?

A: All Synonymous Eyewear Chains are fitted with silicone sliders which can be easily attached to the end of the arms on your frames.   To attach simply work the silicone along the arm until it feels secure.  To remove carefully work the slider in reverse of the way you fitted it.  The silicone has been built to maximise grip on your frames so remove the chain from your frames with care.  Do not tug or pull the chain.

If you are unable to fit the slider to your frames we are happy to provide assistance. Please contact us at studio@wearesynonymous.com.au

Q: Do Synonymous Eyewear Chains fit all frames?

AThe silicone slider has been designed to hug the arms of most frames.  The silicone will stretch but we can't guarantee it will fit all wider arms.  Please contact us if you are unsure whether the sliders will fit your frames.

Q: Can I purchase a replacement slider for my eyewear chain?

A Yes.  Please email us at studio@wearesynonymous.com.au
